Assistant General Manager

C32 JOINT STOCK COMPANY is looking for a full-time female Assistant General Director – who will closely accompany the General Director in operations, participate in restructuring strategies, streamlining the apparatus and developing smart businesses.

This is a unique role – executing, criticising and leading modern organisational thinking. We are looking for someone who not only has solid expertise, but also has a sharp mind, a strong spirit of action and a desire to build a new kind of business.

You will be the one directly:

• Participate in the process of restructuring the apparatus, rebuilding the human resources system in a streamlined and efficient direction.
• Work with the General Director to implement digital transformation plans, product development, and operational improvement
• Support the General Director in strategic directions, organization, human resources and digital transformation
• Contribute to building a smart business ecosystem where we not only work for ourselves but also make an impact on society.

Request:

• Experience in the fields of: human resources, organization, operations, business administration or digital transformation
