Deputy Head of Sales Department

🔹 Job Description:

• Coordinate the development of business strategies & plans (materials, construction materials, real estate).
• Manage the supply of materials for construction projects and enterprises; control costs & progress.

  Organize multi-channel marketing, expand markets, and develop new products.

  Manage teams, coordinate transportation, and optimize business operations.

  Gather market information, advise on pricing policies and business plans.

  Implement and improve the ISO 9001 system. ISO 45001.

  🔹 Requirements

  University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Construction, or related fields.

  Over 5 years of experience in business management/supply chain management, preferably in construction, building materials, or real estate.

  Conversational English.

  Leadership, negotiation, and planning skills. Planning, understanding the building materials market & Real Estate.

  Strategic thinking, decisiveness, good stress tolerance.
