Công trình “Xây dựng đường Lái Thiêu PKV-28” tại phường Lái Thiêu, thành phố Thuận An, tỉnh Bình Dương
Ngày 07/5/2025, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Xây dựng 3-2 cùng liên danh với Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Xây dựng VISTA đã chính thức khởi công công trình “Xây dựng đường Lái Thiêu PKV-28” tại phường Lái Thiêu, thành phố Thuận An, tỉnh Bình Dương
Dự kiến, thời gian thi công sẽ kéo dài 360 ngày, hoàn thành vào ngày 07/5/2026. Trong trường hợp rút ngắn tiến độ, công trình có thể hoàn thành vào ngày 08/11/2025.
Dự án do Ban Quản lý dự án Đầu tư xây dựng thành phố Thuận An làm chủ đầu tư, với chiều dài toàn tuyến 284,94 mét, điểm đầu giáp đường Cách Mạng Tháng 8 và điểm cuối giáp đường Gia Long. Tuyến đường được thiết kế tốc độ 40 km/h, tải trọng thiết kế 120 KN/trục, tiêu chuẩn cầu cống HL93.
Cấu trúc mặt đường bằng bê tông nhựa nóng, vỉa hè lát gạch terrazzo. Mặt cắt ngang đường rộng 14,0 mét, bao gồm: mặt đường rộng 8,0m (4,0m x 2 bên), vỉa hè 6,0m (3,0m x 2 bên). Dự án còn bao gồm hệ thống thoát nước mưa, trồng cây xanh và chiếu sáng đô thị đồng bộ
